Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use rdatax.in, why we collect it, where it goes, and how to ask us to change or remove it.

01

Who we are

This website, rdatax.in, is operated by RDA Tax Advisory Services Pvt Ltd, Office No. 102, Snehraj Apartment, Near Wisdom Hospital, Baner, Pune — 411045, Maharashtra, India.

We are an independent firm of Chartered Accountants (ICAI Firm Reg. No. 147792W). We are not a government body and are not affiliated with any government department.

You can reach us at info@rd-assoc.com or on +91 77570 45059.

02

What this policy covers

This policy covers the rdatax.in website. It does not replace the engagement terms that apply once you become a client — those are set out in the engagement letter for your matter.

03

Information you give us

When you submit an enquiry form on this site, we collect what you type into it:

  • your name;
  • your email address;
  • your phone number;
  • the practice area or service you selected; and
  • the message describing your requirement.

We use this to respond to your enquiry, understand what you need, and prepare a quote. We do not sell it.

If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email instead, we hold whatever you choose to tell us in that conversation.

04

Where your enquiry goes

When you submit an enquiry form, the details are:

  • emailed to our office inbox (info@rd-assoc.com) through Resend, an email delivery service; and
  • sent to n8n, the automation service we use to notify our team and record the enquiry internally so that it is not missed.

Both services process the enquiry on our instructions so that it reaches us. Beyond them, enquiry details are seen only by RDA people working on your matter.

05

Information collected automatically

We use Google Tag Manager (container GTM-5T3VTHKK) to load measurement tags, and through it Google Analytics and Google Ads conversion measurement. These tell us how many people visited a page, how they arrived, and whether an enquiry was submitted. Google processes that data on its own terms and may set its own cookies.

If you reach this site from a Google ad, Google adds a click identifier to the landing URL (gclid, wbraid or gbraid). We store it in a first-party cookie on your device — rda_gclid, rda_wbraid or rda_gbraid, for up to 90 days — so that if you submit an enquiry a few pages later we can tell which campaign brought you. It contains no name, email address or phone number.

The site is served through Cloudflare, which handles hosting and protects the site from abuse. Cloudflare processes connection information such as your IP address as part of delivering and securing the page.

06

Your email and phone in measurement

When an enquiry is submitted, your email address and phone number are converted inside your own browser into an irreversible SHA-256 value before anything reaches our measurement layer. The readable email address and phone number are never placed into the analytics or advertising data layer — only the converted values are. This is deliberate: it allows advertising measurement to work without broadcasting your contact details to tags running on the page.

07

Embedded content and outbound links

Our Contact and CA in Pune pages embed a Google Maps frame showing our Baner office. Loading that frame is a request to Google, and Google may collect information about it under its own privacy policy.

Several pages offer a WhatsApp link. Using it opens WhatsApp and starts a conversation with us; that conversation is handled by WhatsApp under its own terms.

Where we link out to other websites, those sites are governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

08

Cookies and similar technologies

Cookies on this site fall into two groups:

  • Our advertising-attribution cookies — the rda_gclid / rda_wbraid / rda_gbraid cookies described above, set only if you arrive from a Google ad, and kept for up to 90 days.
  • Google’s cookies— set by Google Analytics and Google Ads through Google Tag Manager, and governed by Google’s own policies.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work; we will simply have less information about how it is being used.

09

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry information for as long as we need it to respond to you and, if you become a client, for as long as the record-keeping obligations that apply to a chartered accountancy practice require. Where we no longer need an enquiry record and no obligation requires us to keep it, we remove it.

If you want your enquiry record deleted, write to us at info@rd-assoc.com and we will do so unless we are required to retain it.

10

Asking us about your information

Write to us at info@rd-assoc.com to:

  • ask what information we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct something that is wrong;
  • ask us to delete your enquiry record; or
  • ask us to stop contacting you about an enquiry you no longer want to pursue.

Please include enough detail for us to find your enquiry — the email address or phone number you used, and roughly when you got in touch.

11

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and enquiry details are transmitted over encrypted connections to the services described above. Access to enquiry records is limited to RDA people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

12

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when what the website does changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. If you have a question about anything here, write to info@rd-assoc.com.
